At Mockup Republic, we offer two types of licenses: Basic and Extended. The Basic License caters to the requirements of individuals and smaller enterprises.

Here's what you get with a Basic License...

Applicability: For individual users or businesses with up to 15 members.
Personal Use (without financial gain): Unlimited.
Commercial Use: Up to 600 sales of the End Product, a maximum of 6,000 physical ads, and up to 600,000 digital ad impressions.

And with an Extended License, you get...

Applicability: For individual users or businesses with more than 15 members.
Personal Use (without financial gain): Unlimited.
Commercial Use: Up to 12,000 sales of End Products, limitless physical and digital advertising.

By downloading any product from Mockup Republic, you acknowledge and agree to our General Contracting Conditions.

Basic license

The Basic License gives you a non-exclusive, global license to use the product you've bought from us. This also applies to any free products you've downloaded from our site. Aimed at smaller businesses, freelancers, and students, this license has you covered. While not required, we sure love a shout-out on Instagram – it could really make our day!

What you can do:

User numbers (or seats)

Suitable for individuals or companies with no more than 15 users (or seats).

Personal use

Use our products for an unlimited number of personal projects. "Personal use" means you're not working for a company or organization and can't profit financially from these projects.

Commercial use: End Products for sale

You can create End Products for sale up to 600 times with this license. If sales exceed 600, an Extended License is necessary.

An "End Product" is a digital or physical item meant for sale to multiple people. For example, using our mockup to showcase a design on your website for sale counts as an End Product. Exceeding 600 sales with our mockups necessitates an Extended License.

Using our mockup for a single client's website doesn't count as an End Product for sale. However, if your client uses it for e-commerce and exceeds 600 sales, they need an Extended License.

End Products must clearly differ from our original products. They should show that significant effort was made to add new value. Competing with our products is not allowed, and legal action will be taken if these terms are violated.

Commercial use: Advertising

Licensed for up to 6,000 physical ads and 600,000 digital ad impressions for you or your client.

Commercial use: Social Media

Licensed for use across up to 5 business social media accounts. More accounts require an Extended License.

What you can't do:

Resale, redistribution, or sub-licensing

Our products (including PSD files) cannot be resold, redistributed, licensed, or sub-licensed, even if modified or distributed for free.

Identity fraud

You must not claim to be the original creator of any product downloaded from our site (paid or free). Redistributing or selling our products as your own, or including them in a freebie, is prohibited.

Extended license

The Extended License provides a non-exclusive, global license for the products you've purchased from us (paid or freebies). It's tailored for agencies, medium-sized, and large companies. While attribution isn't required, it's always appreciated!

What you can do:

Personal use

Unlimited use of our products for personal projects.

Commercial use: End Products for sale

Licensed to create End Products for sale up to 12,000 times. If sales exceed 12,000, please contact us for a customized quote.

An "End Product" is defined as a product for sale to multiple people. Using our mockups on a website to promote and sell designs counts as an End Product. Exceeding 12,000 sales using our mockups requires contacting us for additional rights.

Using our mockups for a single client's website is not an End Product for sale. However, if they exceed 12,000 sales in e-commerce, an Extended License is needed.

End Products must be distinctly different from our original products, adding new value. Competing with our products is not allowed, and legal action will be taken for violations.

Commercial use: Advertising

Licensed for unlimited physical and digital advertising.

Commercial use: Social Media

Licensed for unlimited social media account usage.
