Shipping Policy

  • Order processing - Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 12 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
  • Digital product delivery - Digital products are delivered automatically as soon as payment is accepted and confirmed by the system. 
  • Physical product delivery - During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
  • Flat rate shipping - Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using post service delivery method. Flat rate shipping fee of 10 USD applies to orders shipping to United States and all EU countries.
  • Shipping digital product outside EU and USA - Currently we don't support shipping physical products outside EU and USA. We can process your order manually and provide custom shipping options if you contact us.
